So once again I am fighting the good fight with my weight. At nearly 195lbs, I am worried about my health and upset that this gain has happened in only 8 weeks. It is crazy how sickness, stress and depression can change my body so much. I’m not going to be tracking this on the daily but once every 2 weeks. Not even sure if I’ll blog about it that often. Just know that in the background over everything else in my head trying to get back down to at least 180 lbs is the ongoing goal. To help me along I have joined Planet Fitness with my sister and model Luna Vatra and plan to work out at least 30 min every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I’m also getting stricter with my portions as I have gotten slack with all the stress, and have no doubt, eaten more than my fair share recently. I’ll see if I can’t get my sister to take a starter photo of me to go with all this. It will be easier to track and reflect back on if I can.
